WhatsApp location: Current location and live location
Current Location sends the PIN of the location you are in without sharing the real-time update to the person on the other end of the chat. On the other hand, sharing a live location gives the user on the other end of the chat the real-time update of your location and they can track your movement all the time. You can choose the duration of the tracking according to your needs. However, there are three options you can choose – 15 minutes, 1 hour and 8 hours.
